To cancel a donation you have made to Health Point Foundation, you must contact us by email (info@healthpointfoundation.org). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation.

For donations made using the Healthpointfoundation.org website, if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Health Point Foundation, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation.

To request a refund, email us at info@healthpointfoundation.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy:
Health point foundation is dedicated to enabling the acceptance of online transactions in a professional, simple, secure, and affordable manner. We have developed the 
following Privacy Policy to fulfill our commitment to our donors. 

Credit Card Numbers:
When an individual uses the payment platform, billing information including the name on the individual's card, billingaddress and expiration date is used to process 
the transaction.

Braintree our credit card merchant is a PayPal service and has the scale, backing, and confidence of PayPal’s service.Health Point Foundation is committed to handle 
your information with high standards of information security.  

Completing a transaction online using the payment platform will not open an individual's personal information to misuse. Health Point Foundation does not disclose, 
sell, trade, rent, or otherwise reveal credit card or other personal information to third parties, including advertisers or marketers. Demographic and usage data may be 
used by Health Point Foundation in aggregate for internal analysis, but at no time are individual credit card numbers ever communicated or shared with anyone.
